FedEx Distribution Center in Davenport being renovated

FedEx filed permits in early 2026 to renovate its distribution facility at 5000 North Ridge Trail in Davenport. The work includes installing a dock door, wayfinding signage inside the building, interior cage work and alterations, and minor electrical upgrades. A separate permit covers construction of an exterior concrete ramp as part of site modifications.

The building permit was filed February 18 and has since expired. A site-plan permit for the ramp, filed February 5, is listed as requiring inspections.
