How this works. AI reads what you typed. The spot comes from public records, never from the AI: a corner on Polk County’s road map, an address in the address records, a business in the state licence file or OpenStreetMap. Then it lists the tracked projects nearest that spot and writes a short answer from those records only — so it won’t invent a project, an address or a status. Answers can still be imperfect; check the receipts on each project’s page.
What you type goes to the AI that reads it and to the public map services that place it. Lakelandmarks keeps the words of each search, with every number, email and phone number taken out, to learn what people look for.
