Highlands Golf - Cabanas planned at 500 Highlands Reserve Blvd, Davenport
Where it is. On Highlands Reserve Boulevard in Davenport.
Highlands Golf - Cabanas is planned at 500 Highlands Reserve Blvd in Davenport: a new food-service business with seating, according to a kitchen plan-review application filed with the State of Florida.
Licensed to operate. Open, or about to be. The state received a kitchen plan-review application on 8 July 2026. The state approved the kitchen plans on 19 October 2026; its file lists the status as "Approved with Provisos". The state issued licence SEA6309116 on 22 October 2026. That is an application to build out a kitchen. It is not an opening date.
What we do not know: an opening date. The state file does not give one, and it says nothing about the building beyond a food-service kitchen with seating. The business name is the state file's spelling.
