Ruthven Business Park II LLC has pulled a series of permits to finish out several bays at 3115–3135 Drane Field Road, in the industrial area near Lakeland Linder Airport. The work includes an interior buildout of a model office in Bay 19 (valued at $85,000), new drive-in ramps for Bays 22 and 23, and modifications to the fire sprinkler and alarm systems.
