A new Domino's and a four-unit retail building are planned for Shepherd Road.
Two new buildings are planned on Shepherd Road in Lakeland. A standalone Domino's Pizza restaurant with a pick-up window will occupy a 1,300-square-foot building. The second building, approximately 4,800 to 4,829 square feet, will be a multi-tenant structure designed to house up to four leased retail spaces.
Site plans were submitted in early 2025 and approved, and building permits for both structures were filed in October 2026. The permits are currently awaiting additional information from the developer.
