7-Eleven expands at Bridgewater Center
An existing 7-Eleven convenience store at Bridgewater Center has completed a renovation and expansion.
Permits filed in March 2025 document the expansion of a 7-Eleven at 7245 Bridgewater Center Drive. The project included a $465,000 remodel and alteration to the existing store, plus a $15,000 dumpster enclosure. New signage was added in early 2026.
All permits have been finalized as of early 2026. The work was carried out by Michael K Purdy Construction under the ownership of Bayrock Investment Co.
